Systematic Process – Provide Rules to Break
What is it?
Process is the way things unfold. Systematising is an attempt to give structure and order to that process.
Why is it useful?
Often process at first is very exploratory. However, over time as successful methods are discovered and refined, then these can be repeatedly and iteratively applied to give impact to results.
How do I use it?
Document process, see what works and attempt to repeat what worked. Do this without ‘killing’ the process.
